The business area (AO) service trips is divided into two parts, medical trips and transport services, and currently operates in 26 municipalities. Every day, around 6,000 travelers use our 450 service vehicles. We help facilitate travel for individuals who would otherwise have difficulty getting to and from medical appointments, work, and social activities.

Today, we are about 140 employees in AO service trips who manage the processing of transport services, medical trips, booking/planning of service trips at the booking center, customer-facing services, and business. Within the business area, there is the operations pool, a resource unit that provides employees to cover vacancies within the booking reception, traffic management, and customer service. We operate around the clock, every day of the year.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a booking receiver, you have a central role within AO service trips together with colleagues, operational booking receivers, and unit managers. Your tasks include receiving orders via email and phone and booking service trips in our booking system. This includes medical trips, transport service trips, local traffic, and demand-responsive public transport. Furthermore, you will maintain and develop Service Trips' relationships with our customers and partners. In your role, you will work closely with customers and have the opportunity to create a unique relationship.

Our headquarters in Hässleholm allows for flexible working methods and cross-functional meetings. Here, you work activity-based and choose your workstation based on your needs at the moment. Our headquarters is located adjacent to the central station, making it easy to travel here by train or bus from all over Skåne.

We operate around the clock, every day of the year. In this recruitment, we are looking for someone who wants to work mornings, days, and evenings. The working hours are varied and scheduled between 06:15 and 22:00. The position also includes weekend work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have a completed upper secondary education and good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. You have previous experience in a customer-facing role such as booking host, customer service representative, or call center. Since our operations are digital and involve working in various types of operational systems, it is essential that you have good computer skills, and it is advantageous if you have experience managing digital operational systems. If you have training in telephone communication with a focus on customer interaction and conversation techniques, it is beneficial for the position.

Furthermore, it is important that you are willing to make decisions within the framework of your mandate with the aim of always doing the best for the customer. At times, many people call us, so it is important to have a good ability to remain calm and, together with your colleagues, take responsibility for providing the best possible service. The employment begins with a training period of about 2-3 weeks. The start of the introduction is adjusted individually. The main working period is from May/June to August, with the possibility of extension thereafter.
